    N Harvard St And Franklin St Intersection Boston, MA - Allston-Brighton
    Fairly new traffic light put in over summer. When there is little traffic it is not needed; when there is a lot, traffic backs up on both Franklin St and on North Harvard past Western Ave intersection. Either fix timing or put on blink. It was better before the light went in.
